Dr. S. Banerjee is a faculty member in the Department of Chemical Engineering with interdisciplinary research spanning process intensification, CO₂ capture and conversion, rare earth recovery from industrial wastes, and advanced functional materials. His work integrates experimental studies, CFD modeling, and techno-economic and life cycle assessments to develop sustainable process technologies aligned with global sustainability goals.
